Well it's not an actually video game persay.  What it really is is just a type of theme really.  As many of you know, Konami accuired the rights to the In The Groove series.  However, many players took it upon themselves to keep the game alive.  In The Groove: Rebirth is the first step fans of the game have took.  The project regained many fans of the series hopes and dreams.  Over a year ago I did a remix of Kyle Ward's song July.  All done on my Game Boy (excluding the drums which were done on my PSP).  Thus the 8 bit remix of July was born.  I'm proud to present to you that that remix is now part of the In The Groove: Rebirth song list.
